Cork Rooftop Farm

We had a visit from Brian McCarthy of Cork's Rooftop Farm to mark our Art and Culture Week. Brian gave an excellent presentation to 4th to 6th Class about the farm's sustainable growing techniques and how we can grow plants and vegetables at home. Our Green-Schools team learned how we as a school can protect our environment and nature. We wish Brian well with the exciting restaurant which will be opening at the end of the summer.
